摘要
工程招标、采购招标是工程项目常规选定承包人的方式。为了保证建设工程各参建方的投资收益,建筑工程招标阶段有效开展造价管理显得尤为重要。本文对招标阶段影响工程造价的因素进行分析,并提出具体的造价管理措施。以期降低招标人和中标人风险,减少工程造价纠纷。
Project bidding and procurement bidding are the conventional methods of selecting contractors for engineering projects.In order to ensure the investment income of all participants in the construction project,it is particularly important to carry out cost management effectively in the bidding stage of construction project.This paper analyzes the factors affecting the project cost in the bidding stage,and puts forward specific cost management measures,in order to reduce the risk of the tenderee and the successful bidder and reduce the project cost disputes.
