摘要
10~35 kV电力系统单相接地故障查找困难,无论是消弧线圈接地还是小电阻接地,均会出现常规巡视手段难以发现的故障点,从而导致故障处置麻烦、频繁送电失败等严重问题发生。提出了基于高压直流恒流源的接地快速查找技术,采用模拟直流摇表的高压小电流恒流源信号源,具备了检测精度高、不受电缆电容效应干扰、不受同塔高电压线路电场干扰、可验证线路绝缘水平、双重化防误操作保护的性能特点,可快速定位到故障点,其线路接地查找时间可缩短到45 min之内,具备极高的实用价值。
It is difficult to find single-phase grounding fault of 10~35 kV power system.For either arc suppression coil grounding or small resistance grounding,the fault occurrences,difficult to be found by conventional inspection methods,will lead to fault disposal troubles and frequent power transmission failures.The fast search technology is proposed for grounding based on DC constant current source by simulating the signal source of DC megohmmeter high voltage low current constant current source.This method guarantees the high inspection precision,free from the interference of cable capacitance effect and the interference of the same tower high voltage line electric field,and can verify the line insulation level,double the performance characteristics of protection against maloperation,and quickly locate the fault point.Its grounding search time can be reduced to 45 min,showing high practical value.
