摘要
目的 分析院前急救对车祸患者急救质量及生存率的影响。方法 选取博罗中医医院2019年1~12月收治的68例车祸患者为研究对象,前半年患者34例为常规院前急救方案(对照组),后半年患者34例为优化后的院前急救(观察组),对比不同方案对患者的影响。结果 观察组生存率及治疗有效率明显高于对照组,从拨打电话到救治、院内反应、现场处理、运送时间等优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察急救质量评分要明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 院前急救质量的高低对于车祸患者的影响较大,在工作中,要注重急救质量的提升,从而提高患者的生存率,临床实践价值较高。
Objective To analyze effect of pre hospital emergency on quality and survival rate of emergency treatment of car accidents patients.Methods The paper chose 68 cases traffic accident patients in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 as objects.34 cases in control group in the first half year were treated routine pre hospital emergency,and 34 cases in observation group in the latter half year with optimized scheme.Influence of different schemes on patients was compared.Results Survival rate and effective rate of observation group were significantly higher than control group,call to treatment time,hospital response,on-site treatment and transportation time was shorter than control group,difference was significant (P<0.05);quality score of emergency treatment were significantly higher than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Quality of pre-hospital emergency has great influence on patients with car accidents,it is necessary to pay attention to emergency quality increase,to improve survival rate of patients,which has high clinical practice value.
