摘要
5G+边缘AI网关,适配未来多元化需求,5G低时延无线传输,避免了厂区复杂环境的布线,极大提升部署、异常检修和维护效率。文章主要介绍了一种基于5G+边缘AI网关的工业OT设备5G智能化解决方案实现架构,并定义了云、网、边、端各维度的参考功能。同时呈现了方案在工业质检、机器加工中的应用。
5G+Edge AI gateway fulfill various requirements of the future.And 5G low-latency wireless transmission avoids wiring in the complex environment of factory areas,greatly improving the efficiency of deployment,anomaly overhaul and maintenance.It mainly introduces a 5G intelligent solution architecture of industrial OT device based on 5G+Edge AI gateway,and defines the reference functions of different dimensions of cloud-network-edge-terminal architecture.Meanwhile,5G+edge AI applications in industrial quality inspection and machine processing are presented.
