摘要
【目的】为明确生物降解穴盘育苗的生产适应性以及喷硒对番茄幼苗质量的影响。【方法】本试验以番茄‘丰收128’为试材,采用普通塑料穴盘(-J)和生物降解穴盘(+J)2种穴盘类型育苗,在幼苗第1片真叶展开(15 d)后进行叶面喷施浓度分别为0 mg/L(N)和2 mg/L(P)的亚硒酸钠溶液,并利用综合评价方法分析2种穴盘类型及不同喷硒浓度对番茄幼苗质量的影响。【结果】生物降解穴盘及喷硒对番茄幼苗生长初期株高、茎粗、叶面积、下胚轴长、根长、鲜重、干重、壮苗指数和日均干物质增长量(G值)无显著交互作用。播种26 d时对番茄幼苗株高的交互影响极显著(P<0.01),对幼苗根冠比交互影响显著(P<0.05);播种33和47 d时对番茄幼苗鲜重、干重、壮苗指数和G值交互影响显著(P<0.05);播种47 d后对番茄幼苗根系活力影响显著(P<0.05),根系活力达33.70μg/(g·h);依据不同生长时期各项指标的综合评价结果,播种47 d时,生物降解穴盘喷硒处理综合评分最高,为0.9505,生物降解穴盘不喷硒处理次之,普通塑料穴盘不喷硒处理最低。【结论】生物降解穴盘育苗及喷硒对番茄幼苗各项生长指标有显著影响,利用生物降解盘育苗并进行叶面喷硒时番茄幼苗生长最佳。本试验为集约化育苗和将来工厂化育苗中使用生物降解穴盘替代普通塑料穴盘育苗提供依据。
【Objective】The present paper aimed to clarify the production adaptability of biodegradable plug seedling and the effect of selenium spraying on the quality of tomato seedlings.【Method】The tomato’Fengshou 128’was used as the test material,and two plug types,ordinary plastic plug(-J)and biodegradable plug(+J)were used to raise seedlings,after the first true leaf of the seedling unfolded(15 days),sodium selenite solution with the concentration of 0 mg/L(N)and 2 mg/L(P)was sprayed on the leaf surface,and the effects of two plug types and different selenium spraying concentrations on the quality of tomato seedlings were analyzed by comprehensive evaluation method.【Result】The results showed that there was no significant interaction between biodegradable plug and selenium spraying on plant height,stem diameter,leaf area,hypocotyl length,root length,fresh weight,dry weight,strong seedling index and daily average dry matter growth(G value)of tomato seedlings at the early growth stage.The interaction effect of 26 days of sowing on plant height of tomato seedlings was extremely significant(P<0.01),and the interaction effect on root-shoot ratio of seedlings was significant(P<0.05).The interaction effects of 33 and 47 days of sowing on fresh weight,dry weight,strong seedling index and G value of tomato seedlings were significant(P<0.05);After 47 days of sowing,it had a significant impact on tomato seedling root vigor(P<0.05),and the root vigor reached 33.70μg/(g·h);According to the comprehensive evaluation results of various indicators at different growth stages,at 47 days of sowing,the comprehensive score of biodegradable plug sprayed with selenium is the highest(0.9505),followed by non-selenium spraying on biodegradable plug and non-selenium spraying on ordinary plastic plug is the lowest.【Conclusion】Biodegradable plug seedlings and selenium spraying have a significant impact on the growth indices of tomato seedlings,the growth of tomato seedlings was the best when using biodegradable plug seedling and foliar spraying selenium.This experiment provides a basis for intensive seedling and future industrial seedling using biodegradable plug instead of ordinary plastic plug seedling.
