摘要
随着环境研究的深入,课题研究中对生物分析实验技术的应用需求增加。以污染控制与资源化研究国家重点实验室仪器设备为依托,面向环境学院各专业研究生开展了生物分析实验教学的探索与尝试。针对研究生生物知识储备不足的现状,课程中将基本理论知识和实验原理讲授与实验操作学习相结合,实验技能学习与科研热点相结合,围绕环境样品中未知微生物的定性、定量检测开展实验教学,针对性地培养学生的创新思维及科研能力,取得了良好的教学效果。
With the development of research in environment, the demand of the application of bioanalysis experimental technology in research is increasing. Based on the instruments and equipment of the State Key Laboratory of Pollution Control and Resource Reuse, the exploration and attempt of bioanalysis experiment teaching for postgraduates majoring environment have been carried out. A questionnaire survey was launched among the students who have chosen the courses to understand their experimental needs. The graduate students have generally had insufficient biological knowledge. Therefore, the basic theoretical knowledge and experimental principle were combined with experimental operation learning in course teaching, as well as experimental skill learning and research hotspot. Experimental teaching was carried out around the qualitative and quantitative detections of specific microorganisms in environmental samples, to train students’ innovative thinking and scientific research ability, and achieved desirable teaching effect.
