摘要
《国家开放大学综合改革方案》的颁布,标志着开放大学体系处于发展新起点,肩负着建设新型高等学校的新使命。打造具有辨识度的信息化新体系是开放大学建设成为新型高校的重要手段之一,开放大学信息化体系辨识度的内涵建设具有必要性。从建设支持线上线下教学融合的新型智慧学境、支持全民终身教育的信息化公共服务体系、具有开放大学文化的信息化生态等方面进行研究,探索打造具有鲜明辨识度的开放大学信息化新体系的建设路径,以提升我国终身教育的供给能力和服务水平,为学习型社会建设和终身学习体系构建提供有力支撑。
The promulgation of the "Comprehensive Reform Plan of the Open University of China" signifies that the Open University system is at a new starting point for development and shoulders the mission of building a new type of higher institution.Creating a new identifiable information system is an important means of the building mission. On the basis of proposing the connotation of the identification and the necessity of its construction, this paper studies the building of a new intelligent learning environment that supports online and offline blended teaching, of an information public service system that supports lifelong education for the entire population, and of an information ecology with Open University culture. The paper explores the construction path to build a new informatization system of Open University with distinct identification, so as to improve the supply capacity and service level of China’s lifelong education, and provide strong support for the construction of learning society and lifelong learning system.
