摘要
深化产教融合、校企协同育人是应用型高校持续发展的有效途径,有利于高校人才输出适应企事业单位用人需求.以嘉应学院地理信息科学专业为例,从课程体系优化、育人实践教学平台搭建、师资队伍建设、学生创新实践能力培养等方面,阐述了其自实行"3+1"人才培养模式以来,加强校企合作,历经十余年实践,所形成的适合应用型人才培养的产教融合校企协同育人模式.
That deepening the integration of production and education and school-enterprise collaborative education, is an effective way for the sustainable development of application-oriented colleges and universities.Furthermore, schoolenterprise collaborative education is conducive to the cultivation of talents suitable for the needs of enterprises and institutions.Taking the geographic information science major of Jiaying University as an example,from four aspects that including the optimization of curriculum system, the construction of practical teaching platform, the construction of teaching staff and the cultivation of students’ innovative practical ability,the paper expounds the cooperative education model of production and education. This educational model formed by strengthening the cooperation between schools and enterprises since the implementation of the "3 + 1" talent training mode pattern, is suitable for the cultivation of application-oriented talents.
