摘要
介绍了锌精矿焙烧制酸系统排放尾气中氮氧化物的来源、产生机理和生产过程中氮氧化物的排放情况,并结合生产经验提出了氮氧化物排放管控措施。实践证明,在不具备脱硝设备的条件下,锌冶炼企业可通过采取减少投料量和鼓风量、降低焙烧炉温度等工艺控制措施降低尾气的氮氧化物浓度;采用臭氧氧化脱硝技术对尾气进行处理,可使排放尾气的氮氧化物浓度得到有效控制。
The source,generation mechanism and emission of nitrogen oxides in the tail gas of zinc concentrate roasting acid making system are introduced,and the control measures of nitrogen oxide emission combined with production experience are put forward.Practice has proved that without denitration equipment,zinc smelting enterprises can reduce the nitrogen oxide concentration of tail gas by taking process control measures such as reducing feed rate and blast rate and reducing roaster temperature;Ozone oxidation denitration technology is used to treat the tail gas,which can effectively control the nitrogen oxide concentration of the discharged tail gas.
