摘要
介绍了乙炔废酸的裂解再生工艺流程、运行过程中存在的问题及解决措施。针对废酸储存过程中不溶物的沉积、管道堵塞、喷枪喷头堵塞、换热器堵塞及杂质磷的危害等问题,从设计的角度加以改进,取得了较好的效果,确保了装置长周期稳定运行。
The cracking and regeneration process of acetylene waste acid,the problems existing in the operation and the solutions are introduced.In view of the problems of insoluble matter deposition,pipeline blockage,spray gun nozzle blockage,heat exchanger blockage and the harm of impurity phosphorus in the storage process of waste acid,it is improved from the perspective of design,and good results are achieved to ensure the long-term and stable operation of the unit.
