摘要
该文采用51单片机为控制内核设计了一款温度控制系统,该系统采用DS18B20温度传感器对温度进行实时采集与转换,可对上、下限温度进行设定,并实时显示当前温度和设定的上下限温度.当温度不在设定范围内时启动制热或制冷开关,同时蜂鸣器发出报警.文中对系统结构、硬件电路、软件设计进行了详细阐述,并通过Proteus软件和Keil软件对系统功能进行了仿真测试,验证了系统方案的正确性及功能的有效性和可行性.
This article designs a temperature control system with 51 single chip microcomputer as the control core.The system uses DS18B20 temperature sensor to collect and convert the temperature in real time.It can set the upper and lower limit temperature,and display the current temperature and the set upper and lower limit temperature in real time.When the temperature is not within the set range,start the heating or cooling switch,and the buzzer will give an alarm.In this paper,the system structure,hardware circuit and software design are described in detail,and the system function is simulated and tested by Proteus and keil software to verify the correctness of the system scheme and the effectiveness and feasibility of the function.
