改性硅溶胶-苯丙乳液反射隔热涂层的制备及性能 被引量:2

Preparation and properties of modified silica sol-styrene-acrylic emulsion reflective insulation coatings

摘要 采用γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH560)对碱性纳米硅溶胶进行接枝改性,将其与苯丙乳液复合制备了节能涂层成膜基料,再分别向成膜基料中加入金红石型钛铬黄及刚玉型铬绿颜浆,制备了两类彩色隔热节能涂层。考察了功能颜料种类及功能颜料掺入量对复合涂层节能性能的影响。结果表明,与未改性硅溶胶相比,KH560改性后硅溶胶的平均粒径由987.3 nm降低到72.3 nm,Zeta电位绝对值提高了29.7 mV,其在苯丙乳液中分散性提高。当钛铬黄、铬绿颜浆掺入量分别为成膜基料质量的20%和10%时,两种彩色涂层隔热性能达到最优,此时其太阳光反射比分别为0.633和0.484,红外发射率分别为0.91和0.89,试板背面平衡温度较空白试板分别降低6.6和4.8℃,同时兼具较好的力学性能及耐腐蚀性能。 Alkaline nano-silica sol was grafted and modified byγ-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane(KH560)and composited with styrene-acrylic emulsion to prepare film base material.Then,two kinds of color thermal insulation and energy saving coatings were prepared by adding rutile type titanium chromium yellow and corundum type chromium green color paste,respectively.The effects of type and doping content of the functional pigments on the energy saving performance of the composite coating were investigated.The results showed that compared with those of unmodified silica sol,the average particle size of silica sol was reduced from 987.3 nm to 72.3 nm,the absolute value of Zeta potential was increased by 29.7 mV,and the dispersion of silica sol in styrene-acrylic emulsion was improved.The thermal insulation performance of the two kinds of color coatings was the best when the doping amount of titanium chrome yellow and chrome green color paste was 20%and 10%of the mass of the film forming base material,respectively.At this time,the solar reflectance was 0.633 and 0.484,the infrared emissivity was 0.91 and 0.89,and the equilibrium temperature at the back of the plates was 6.6 and 4.8℃lower than that of the blank test plate,respectively.Moreover,the two kinds of color coatings had good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
