摘要
目的评价微信平台联合以问题为基础(PBL)教学法用于麻醉重症监护室(AICU)实习医生教学中的效果。方法选取我院2020-10/2021-09期间在我院麻醉与围术期医学科的实习医生40名,按随机数字表法分为PBL教学法组(PBL组,n=20)和微信平台+PBL教学法组(W+PBL组,n=20)。记录2组实习医生基础理论知识、临床病例分析及教学满意度评分。结果W+PBL组实习医生基础理论知识得分与临床病例分析得分明显高于PBL组,教学满意度评分W+PBL组明显高于PBL组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论W+PBL组可提高AICU实习医生的教学质量,获得实习医生好评,值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of WeChat platform in combination with problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method on the interns training in anesthesia intensive care unit(AICU).Methods Forty interns who underwent training in the Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were divided into two groups,PBL group(n=20)and WeChat plus PBL group(n=20),according to random number table method.The examination scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical case analysis as well as their satisfactory scores were recorded at the end of training.Results The theoretical knowledge score,clinical case analysis score and satisfactory score were significantly higher in the WeChat plus PBL group(P<0.05).Conclusion WeChat platform in combination with PBL teaching method can improve the teaching quality and receive positive review from AICU interns.The new teaching method is worth popularizing.
