摘要
全身麻醉为小儿手术最常采用的麻醉方式之一。鉴于小儿身心发育不完全,且对陌生环境与手术、麻醉的恐惧,其麻醉过程中所经受的生理、心理应激显著高于成人。充分发挥家庭机制,对提高护理质量,确保麻醉患儿恢复期安全、平稳具有十分重要意义,随着患者对医疗服务质量需求的不断提高,在麻醉复苏阶段实施的父母陪伴模式已经成为一个重要议题。本文现就复苏室陪同模式在小儿全麻苏醒中的应用进行综述。
General anesthesia is one of the most commonly used anesthesia methods in pediatric surgery.In view of the incomplete physical and mental development of children and their fear of strange environment,operation and anesthesia,the physiological and psychological stress experienced by children during anesthesia is significantly higher than that of adults.Giving full play to the family mechanism is an important means to improve the nursing quality and ensure the safety and stability of children under anesthesia in recovery period.With the continuous improvement of patients'demand for medical service quality,the parental companionship mode in anesthesia recovery period has become an important issue.In this paper,the application of resuscitation room escort mode in children's recovery from general anesthesia is summarized as follows.
