摘要
目的探究消瘿软坚散外敷联合甲巯咪唑治疗甲状腺功能亢进症(以下简称“甲亢”)的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月至2019年6月萍乡市中医院收治的60例甲亢患者作为研究对象,采用抛硬币法分为对照组(30例)和治疗组(30例)。对照组给予口服甲巯咪唑片治疗1.5年,治疗组在与对照组相同的治疗基础上,在治疗开始时加用消瘿软坚散外敷8周,比较两组治疗8周后的治疗效果及甲状腺功能、甲状腺相关抗体、甲状腺体积变化情况及治疗结束6个月内疾病复发情况。结果治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_(3))、游离甲状腺激素(FT_(4))、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、促甲状腺受体抗体(TRAb)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的FT_(3)、FT_(4)、TSH、TRAb水平低于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组的FT_(3)、FT_(4)、TSH、TRAb水平低于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的甲状腺体积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组甲状腺体积小于本组治疗前,且治疗组甲状腺体积小于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口服消瘿软坚散外敷联合甲巯咪唑治疗甲亢比单纯口服甲巯咪唑能更有效的改善甲亢患者的临床症状和甲状腺功能,同时降低疾病的复发率。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaoying Ruanjian Powder combined with Methimazole in the treatment of hyperthyroidism.Methods A total of 60 hyperthyroidism patients were admitted to Pingxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the treatment group(30 cases)according to coin flipping method.The control group was given oral Methimazole tablets for 1.5 years.The treatment group was given the same treatment as the control group,plus Xiaoying Ruanjian Powder for 8 weeks.The treatment effect,thyroid function,thyroid related antibody,thyroid volume changes and disease recurrence within 6 months after treatment were compared between the two groups after 8 weeks.Results Total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences of the serum free triiodothyronine(FT_(3)),free thyroid hormone(FT_(4)),thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH),thyrotropin receptor antibody(TRAb)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of the FT_(3),FT_(4),TSH,TRAb of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of the FT_(3),FT_(4),TSH,TRAb of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group in the same period,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference of the thyroid volume between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the thyroid volume of the two groups were smaller than those before treatment,and the thyroid volume of the treatment group was smaller than that of the control group in the same period,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The recurernce rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with Xiaoying Ruanjian Powder combined with oral Methimazole,oral Methimazole combined with external application in the treatment of hyperthyroidism can improve the clinical symptoms and thyroid function of patients with hyperthyroidism more effectively and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.
