摘要
针对高河能源E2308综放工作面生产过程中局部区域两侧隅角顶板不易垮落,悬顶面积超10 m^(2)的问题,采用二氧化碳气相压裂技术,在悬顶面积超标区域施工二氧化碳压裂钻孔,进行气相压裂放顶。压裂结束后对悬顶进行观测,工作面割煤移架后,隅角顶板逐步垮落,移架2~4次后,悬顶面积明显减小,降低隅角瓦斯积聚的风险。
In view of the problem that the roof of the corner on both sides of the local area is not easy to collapse and the suspended roof area exceeds 10 m^(2) in the production process of Gaohe Energy E2308 fully mechanized top coal caving face,carbon dioxide gas phase fracturing technology is adopted to construct carbon dioxide fracturing holes in the area where the suspended roof area exceeds the standard,carry out gas phase fracturing.After the end of fracturing,the suspended roof was observed.After the coal cutting and moving the frame,the corner roof gradually collapsed,and after moving the frame for 2 or 4 times,the suspended roof area decreased obviously,which reduced the risk of gas accumulation in the corner.
