摘要
为适用矿井扩能及采矿煤层的变化,山西神州煤业选煤厂基于当前新采原料煤的煤质资料重新进行工艺设计并在现有厂房内完成了扩能改造。改造后选煤厂洗选工艺为"脱泥有压三产品重介旋流器+粗煤泥TBS分选+煤泥浮选",原煤处理能力达到1.2 Mt/a,与矿井产能一致。
In order to adapt to the mine capacity expansion and the change of mining coal seam,Shanxi Shenzhou Coal Preparation Plant redesigned the process based on the coal quality data of newly mined raw coal and completed the capacity expansion transformation in the existing factory building.After the transformation,the washing process of the coal preparation plant is"desliming and pressure three-product dense medium cyclone+coarse slime TBS separation+slime flotation".The raw coal treatment capacity reaches 1.2 Mt/a,which is consistent with the mine production capacity.
