摘要
文章采用事故树分析方法对导致避难硐室避灾功能失效的基本原因事件和事件类型进行了研究。研究结果指出了导致避难硐室避灾功能失效的几个管理缺陷,并对以上缺陷的根源进行了分析,提出了对应的整改措施。
In this paper,the basic causes,events and event types leading to the failure of disaster prevention function of refuge chamber are studied by using the method of fault tree analysis.The research results point out several management defects that lead to the failure of the disaster prevention function of the refuge chamber,analyze the root causes of the above defects,and put forward the corresponding rectification measures.
