摘要
立足于中国经济全面转向发展,在全面探讨与反思全域旅游发展方式、路径与误区的基础上,从理论层面梳理明晰全域旅游发展的生态经济属性,认为在新形势下,全域旅游应以生态经济发展为导向,构建了对全域旅游发展的新认识,全域旅游与生态经济具有内涵上的一致性。本文以河北省近五年来的全域旅游发展实践为例,运用耦合度模型进行分析,得出2015—2019年,河北省旅游系统与生态经济系统由原来的轻度失调逐步发展到良好协调状态,全域旅游极大地促进了生态经济发展,生态经济建设也为全域旅游发展提供了重要支撑。
Under the all-round turning development of China’s economy,and based on comprehensive explo⁃ration and review of the development modes,paths and misunderstanding of all-area tourism,this paper clarify the eco-economic attribute of all-area tourism development from the theoretical level,and considers that under the new situation,all-area tourism should be eco-economic oriented,and constructs a new understanding of all-area tourism development—all-area tourism and ecological economy are consistent in connotation.Taking the practice of all-area tourism development in Hebei Province in recent five years as an example,this paper uses the coupling degree model for the analysis,and concludes that from 2015 to 2019,the tourism system and eco-economic system in Hebei Province have gradually developed from the original light imbalance to a good coordination state,the allarea tourism has greatly promoted the development of eco-economy,and the construction of eco-economy has also provided important support for the development of all-area tourism.
