质子交换膜燃料电池输出特性的仿真

摘要 为分析PEMFC模型在Simulink和Cruise-M中的适用性和差异性,建立了基于Simulink和Cruise-M两个仿真平台的PEMFC仿真模型,分析PEMFC模型的电流密度、膜有效面积、阴阳极气体压强和温度对PEMFC的输出性能的影响。结果表明:随着PEMFC的电流密度不断增大,单个PEMFC的输出电压不断减小;输出电压随着压强、温度的增加而增大,合理提高氢气和氧气的有效分压、合理的温度范围有利于电池性能的输出;配对样本秩和检验计算得到的显著性为0.708,大于0.05,说明两组数据不存在显著性差异,偏差在允许范围内。 This paper proposes PEMFC simulation model based on two simulation platforms,called Simulink and Cruise-M to analyze applicability and difference of the simulation model in Simulink and Cruise-M.The model is developed by analyzing different factors such as current density,effective area of membrane,temperature and gas pressure of cathode and anode.The results show that along with constant increase in current density comes continuous decrease in the output voltage of individual PEMFC;the output voltage increases with the increase of pressure and temperature and a reasonable increase in the effective partial pressure of hydrogen and oxygen and a reasonable temperature range are conductive to the output of battery performance;and the paired sample rank test and calculation shows the significance of 0.708,greater than 0.05,which verifies no significant difference between two sets of data,with the deviation within the allowable range.
