摘要
研究生学术管理制度是基于全面提高研究生培养质量所制定的研究生管理规章和学业标准,由于现行的管理制度忽视了研究生的主体地位,在实施过程中导致研究生学术权益面临三重困境,包括学术管理制度执行中诱发研究学术性偏离功利性导向,学术培养管理规定的学术自由与执行中的刚性条规的冲突,以及学术管理制度中的导师负责制和行政管理主导的悖论。如何实现研究生培养的主客体统一,管理的刚柔兼顾,需要建立以"立德树人"为价值导向的规章制度,构建"以人为本"的执行机制,建立健全学生学术权益的申诉和保障机制以及法治化学术管理制度。
The postgraduate academic management system is based on postgraduate management regulations and academic standards formulated to comprehensively improve the quality of postgraduate training.Because the current management system ignores the subject status of graduate students,the academic rights and interests of graduate students face a triple dilemma in the implementation process.It includes the academic management system’s implementation that induces the academic research to deviate from the utilitarian orientation,the conflict between the academic freedom of the academic training management and the rigid regulations in the implementation,and the paradox between the supervisor responsibility system and the administrative management dominance in the academic management system.How to achieve the unity of subject and object of graduate student training and the balance of rigidity and flexibility in management requires the establishment of a value-oriented rule and system based on"foster virtue through education",a"people-oriented"implementation mechanism,and the establishment and improvement of a complaint and protection mechanism for students’academic rights and interests.And the rule of law academic management system.
