摘要
随着我国汽车市场的不断成熟,消费者对于汽车产品的需求已开始从关注产品性能慢慢过渡到注重体验感受,如何把握顾客真实的需求,并准确地转化为产品属性目标,从而指导产品开发是企业提升产品竞争力的有效手段。本文主要基于用户实际使用工况对转向性能评价进行场景化分析,对相应的属性开方向具有积极意义。
With the continuous maturity of China’s automobile market,consumer demand for automotive products has gradually shifted from focusing on product performance to focusing on experience and feelings.How to grasp the real needs of customers and accurately translate them into product attribute targets,so as to guide product development,which is an effective means for companies to enhance product competitiveness,is important.This article is mainly based on the actual operating conditions of the user to conduct a scene analysis of the steering performance evaluation,which has positive significance for the corresponding attribute direction.
