林农参与职业技术培训的满意度及影响因素分析——基于多元有序Logit回归模型 被引量:3

Analysis on Satisfaction and Influencing Factors of Forest Farmers Participating in Vocational and Technical Training——Based on the Multivariate Ordered Logit Regression Model

摘要 运用2016—2017年重点国有林区87个林业局调研数据,对林区林农参与职业技术培训的满意度进行调查,从个体特征和培训特征两个维度,采用多元有序Logit回归模型,对影响培训满意度的相关因素进行有效识别,并揭示影响因素的内在结构化特征。研究结果显示:林农对2016—2017年职业技术培训的满意度分别为3.88和4.07,满意度水平较高且有上升趋势;林农参与职业技术培训的满意度受个体特征和培训特征两类因素的深刻影响,个体特征中,健康状态、性别、是否为一次性安置人员以及受教育年限对培训满意度有显著影响;培训特征中培训是否应用到实际生产活动、培训费用、培训途径、培训内容以及培训组织者对培训满意度影响显著。最后,根据实证研究结果,提出了提高林农对培训满意度的建议。 This paper investigated the satisfaction of forest farmers participating in vocational and techni⁃cal training by using the survey data of 87 forestry bureaus in key state-owned forest areas from 2016 to 2017,and it used a multivariate ordered Logit regression model to effectively identify related factors that af⁃fect training satisfaction from the two dimensions of individual characteristics and training characteristics,and it investigated the satisfaction of forest farmers in participating in vocational and technical training.The research results showed that the satisfaction of forest farmers with vocational and technical training from 2016 to 2017 was 3.88 and 4.07 respectively,and the level of satisfaction was relatively high and there was an upward trend;the satisfaction of forest farmers’participation in vocational and technical training was determined by two types of factors:individual characteristics and training characteristics.Among the individual characteristics,health status,gender,whether it’s a one-time placement person,and the number of years of education had a significant impact on training satisfaction.Whether training was applied to actual production activities,training costs,training methods,training content,and training organizers had a significant impact on training satisfaction.Finally,it made suggestions for improving for⁃est farmers’satisfaction with training based on the results of the empirical research.
