摘要
采用TRIZ理论对连铸钢包浇注系统设计中引流砂污染钢液问题进行分析,通过功能分析、因果链分析法确定了关键问题点,并充分应用了物质-场模型、物理冲突以及裁剪等TRIZ工具对连铸浇注工艺设计进行了改进,产生了5种解决方案。经过对方案的综合评价,确定了2个最优方案:1)利用低熔点高密度液体金属引流砂代替传统固体引流砂,同时将钢包滑板做成中空或真空形式,增加钢包上水口内液体金属引流砂的保温效果,避免凝固,确保良好的引流效果;2)将长水口出口设计成组合式,底部用于截流引流砂,侧壁用于钢液通过,将“负面”部分(污染钢液的引流砂)抽取出来,进入长水口底端存留。
TRIZ theory was applied to analyze the problem of stuffing sand pollution to molten steel in the design of casting system of continuous casting ladles,and the key points were confirmed through functional analysis and causal chain analysis.The design of the continuous casting process was improved by TRIZ tools,such as material-field model,physical conflict and cutting,producing five solutions.After comprehensive evaluation,two optimal solutions were determined.(1)Replace the traditional solid stuffing sand with liquid metal stuffing sand of low melting point and high density,and adopt the hollow and/or vacuum treatment sliding plate,which can increase the insulation of the stuffing sand in the upper nozzle and avoid solidification,thus ensuring good drainage.(2)Design the long shroud outlet with combination structure,the bottom for intercepting stuffing sand and the side walls for molten steel running,extracting the stuffing sand that pollutes molten steel into the bottom of the long shroud for storage.
