摘要
在EPC总承包项目采购与成本控制中,应提高采购效率,降低采购成本,提高相关方之间的合作效率。随着时代的发展,大型工程项目施工涉及许多环节,导致采购和成本管理不能发挥应有的作用。在市场经济的引导下,需要对项目成本和采购管理进行合理的控制,制定适当的采购管理制度和成本管理方法,进一步控制EPC总承包项目总成本。基于此,本文探讨了项目采购管理和成本控制中存在的问题,并提出了具体的管理对策。
In the procurement and cost control of EPC general contracting projects,procurement efficiency should be improved,procurement costs should be reduced,and cooperation efficiency between related parties should be improved.With the development of the times,the construction of large-scale engineering projects involves many links,resulting in procurement and cost management not being able to play their due role.Under the guidance of the market economy,it is necessary to reasonably control project costs and procurement management,formulate appropriate procurement management systems and cost management methods,and further control the total cost of EPC general contracting projects.Based on this,this article discusses the problems existing in project procurement management and cost control,and puts forward specific management countermeasures.
