摘要
目的分析研究在血液透析患者中实施综合护理干预对其生活质量的影响。方法2020年1月至2020年12月选取在本医院内进行血液透析的患者一共98例,使用随机分组的方式分为对照组(49例)和观察组(49例),其中对照组进行常规护理,观察组则采用综合护理干预方式,对比两组患者各项生活指标评分、并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果①两组生活质量评分:对比两组患者社会功能、躯体功能、心理功能和物质生活状态评分,在护理后观察组社会功能、躯体功能、心理功能和物质生活评分均高于对照组,两组患者对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②两组并发症发生率:对比两组患者并发症的发生率,观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,两组患者对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③两组护理满意度:对比两组患者对护理的满意度,观察组总满意率高于对照组,两组患者对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对血液透析患者实施综合护理干预,能够提高患者的生活质量,减少并发症的发生,提高护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life of hemodialysis patients.Methods From January 2020 to December 2020,98 patients with hemodialysis in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group(49 cases)and observation group(49 cases).The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The scores of life indicators,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results①Two groups of quality of life score:Compared two groups of patients with social function,physical function,psychological function and material life state score,after nursing,the observation group of social function,physical function,psychological function and material life score were higher than the control group,two groups of patients compared with statistical difference(P<0.05).②The incidence of complications in the two groups:Compared with the incidence of complications in the two groups,the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).③Two groups of nursing satisfaction:Compared two groups of patients with nursing satisfaction,the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,two groups of patients compared with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention for hemodialysis patients can improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
