摘要
目的 探讨综合护理对儿童口腔正畸患儿心理状态、依从性的影响。方法 本次研究从深圳市儿童医院收治的患儿中选择2020年1月至2020年12月收治的80例口腔正畸患儿作为研究对象,所有患儿均为首次接受正畸治疗。使用统计学软件SAS进行随机分组,各编入40例。对照组在其治疗中行常规护理,观察组在其治疗中行综合护理干预,比较患儿的干预方式差异对患儿正畸功能、心理状态、治疗依从性等的影响。结果 护理前观察组患儿KPS评分为(75.25±8.32)分,对照组患儿为(76.11±8.48)分,对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组患儿KPS评分为(85.20±6.14)分,对照组患儿为(78.25±8.39),差异有统计学意义(t=4.228,P<0.05)。护理观察组患儿心理状态评分为(12.04±3.41)分,对照组为(12.22±3.38)分,对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组患儿心理状态评分为(6.27±1.96)分,对照组为(10.86±3.01)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.808,P<0.05)。观察组患儿的治疗依从度为97.50%,对照组治疗依从度为80.0%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(c^(2)=4.507,P<0.05)。结论 综合护理对正畸患儿有良好的影响,可促进患儿口腔健康,提升KPS评分并使患儿的心理状况得到改善,有利于患儿保持较好的治疗依从性。综上而论,综合护理干预在儿童口腔正畸治疗护理中有良好的应用价值,值得推广。
Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing on the psychological state and compliance of children with orthodontic.Methods In this study,80 cases of orthodontic children admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.All the children received orthodontic treatment for the first time.Statistical software SAS was used for random grouping,and 40 cases were enrolled in each group.The control group received routine nursing during their treatment,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention during their treatment.The effects of different intervention methods on the orthodontic function,psychological state and treatment compliance of the children were compared.Results Before nursing,the KPS score of the observation group was(75.25±8.32)points,and that of the control group was(76.11±8.48)points,with no significant difference(P>00.05).After nursing,the KPS score in the observation group was(85.20±6.14),and that in the control group was(78.25±8.39),the difference was statistically significant(t=4.228,P<0.05).The psychological state score of the nursing observation group was(12.04±3.41)points,and that of the control group was(12.22±3.38)points,with no significant difference(P>0.05).After nursing,the psychological state score of the observation group was(6.27±1.96)points,and that of the control group was(10.86±3.01)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.808,P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the observation group was 97.50%,and that of the control group was 80.0%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(c^(2)=4.507,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing has a good influence on orthodontic children,can promote the oral health of children,improve the KPS score and improve the psychological status of children,is conducive to children to maintain good treatment compliance.To sum up,comprehensive nursing intervention has good application value in children’s orthodontic treatment and nursing,which is worthy of promotion.
