情景式模拟教学在急救技能培训中的应用效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究情景式模拟教学在急救技能培训中的应用效果.方法随机选取清远市清城区人民医院2018年1月至2020年12月内参与急救技能培训的200例培训人员为本次研究对象,所选研究对象以培训措施差异分为常规组(100例,常规教学培训)和情景组(100例,情景式模拟教学培训),对比分析两组学员培训前后的考核成绩(理论考核、急救技能考核、现场演练考核成绩)及学员对教学方式的各项反馈.结果两组学员培训前的各项考核成绩和培训后的急救理论考核成绩对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但培训后的情景组学员的急救技能考核和现场演练考核均显著高于常规组学员,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且情景组学员对教学方式各方面的满意度均显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在急救技能培训中以情景式模拟教学进行培训,可有效提高培训教学质量,满足急救技能培训需求,且有效提高学员对培训教学的满意度和接受度,值得临床推广应用. Objective To study the application effect of situational simulation teaching in first aid skills training.Methods 200 trainers who participated in first aid skills training in Qingyuan Qingcheng District People’s Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were randomly selected as the research objects.The selected research objects were divided into conventional group(100 cases,conventional teaching training)and situation group(100 cases)based on the difference in training measures.For example,scenario-based simulation teaching training),compare and analyze the assessment results of the two groups of students before and after training(theoretical assessment,first aid skills assessment,on-site exercise assessment results)and various feedbacks of the students on the teaching methods.Results There was no comparative difference between the evaluation results of the two groups of participants before training and the first aid theory evaluation results after training(P>0.05),but the first aid skill evaluation and on-site exercise evaluation of the situation group students after the training were significantly higher than those of the conventional group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the students’satisfaction with all aspects of teaching methods in the situation group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Situational simulation teaching in first aid skills training can effectively improve the quality of training teaching,meet the needs of first aid skills training,and effectively improve students’satisfaction and acceptance of training and teaching,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
