摘要
高强度钢强度大,硬度高,易在切削过程中产生较高的切削温度。通过建立34CrNiMo6高强度钢的切削仿真模型,研究刀具几何参数对切削温度的影响规律,运用极差分析法和方差分析法获得最优刀具几何参数。结果表明:切削温度与前角成反比关系;后角对切削温度影响不明显;切削温度随刃口半径增大而升高。
The strength and hardness of high strength steel are high,and it is easy to produce high cutting temperature in the cutting process.The cutting simulation model of 34 CrNiMo6 high strength steel is established to study the influence of tool geometry parameters on cutting temperature.The range analysis and variance analysis are used to obtain the optimal tool geometry parameters.The results show that the cutting temperature is inversely proportional to the rake angle;the influence of the relief angle on the cutting temperature is not obvious;the cutting temperature increases with the increase of the edge radius.
