摘要
结合辽西地区对马铃薯栽培的农艺要求,研究设计一种马铃薯大垄三行播种机,在探讨关键零部件设计思路的基础上,基于Solidworks 2015对关键零件进行建模和有限元分析,对工作过程中所受应力较大的零件进行强度校核,为优化机具作业质量提供数据支持。
Combined with the agronomic requirements of potato cultivation in western Liaoning province,a large ridge three-row potato planter was designed.On the basis of discussing the design ideas of key parts,modeling and finite element analysis of key parts were carried out based on Solidworks2015,and intensity check was carried out for parts with greater stress in the working process,in order to provide data support for optimizing the operation quality of machines and tools.
