摘要
本文通过梳理、对比和分析拔尖创新人才诸解,提出拔尖创新人才是中国乃至世界范围内,在各行各业各个领域中具有精深的专业知识或专门技能,具备高尚的理想、信念、道德、意志等非智力因素品质,通过改进或创造新的事物、方法、元素、路径、环境等,在社会秩序、等级、成就、价值等方面居领先位置的劳动者.该注解不仅继承并完善了过往对"拔尖创新人才的"定义,而且在概念中对"拔尖""创新""人才"的具体表现进行了显性的规定.这有利于明晰"拔尖创新人才"的内涵与规格,防止出现概念理解偏差影响培养效果的现象.
In this paper,by analyzing,comparing and analyzing the solution of top creative talents,put forward the top creative talents is within the scope of China and the world,in various fields in all walks of life have profound professional knowledge or specialized skills,will have noble ideals,beliefs,ethics,non-intelligence factors such as quality,by improving or create new things,method,path,element,environment,etc.,Workers who are in a leading position in social order,rank,achievement,value,etc.This annotation not only inherits and improves the previous definition of"top-notch innovative talents",but also explicitly stipulates the specific performance of"top-notch","innovation"and"talents"in the concept.This is helpful to clarify the connotation and specification of"top-notch innovative talents"and prevent the phenomenon that concept understanding deviation affects the training effect.
