摘要
钢空腹夹层板是一种具有良好的空间协同工作特性的新型装配式屋盖(楼盖)结构。为研究由钢管(圆、方钢管)及节点板组成的两种常用剪力键节点在水平荷载作用下的应力分布规律和刚度变化特征,建立节点域精细化数值模型并进行参数化分析,得出了贯通隔板、加劲板宽度(b_(s))和方钢管厚度(t_(0))对节点应力分布规律、变形性能以及侧向刚度的影响。结果表明:对于不设置加劲板的节点,设置贯通隔板对矩形钢管节点性能提升较圆钢管更明显。对于设置加劲板的节点,当加劲板宽度达到100 mm时,贯通隔板对节点综合性能的提升效果有限。钢管壁厚t_(0)发生变化对设置贯通隔板的节点受力性能影响较小。综合上述各因素可知:对于未设置加劲板的节点可采用贯通隔板和提升钢管壁厚t_(0)的措施提高节点域的受力性能。对于设置加劲板的节点,采用增大加劲板宽度的方式来提升节点域综合性能。研究结论可为类似工程应用提供参考。
Steel Vierendeel Sandwich plate is a new type of fabricated roof structure with good spatial cooperative characteristics.In order to investigate the stress distribution and stiffness variation characteristics of two commonly used shear key block joint_(s) composed of steel tube(circular and square steel tube)and gusset plate under horizontal load.A refined numerical model considering the actual structural configurations of the joint is established and also the parametric analysis is carried out.The effect_(s) of internal diaphragm,stiffener width(b_(s))and thickness of steel tube(t_(0))on the stress distribution,deformation characteristics and lateral stiffness behavior of the joint are obtained.The result_(s) reveled that for the joint_(s) without stiffeners,the performance of rectangular steel tubular joint_(s) with inner diaphragm is better than that of circular steel tubular joint_(s).For the joint_(s) with stiffeners,when bsreaches 100 mm,the effect of internal diaphragm on the comprehensive performance of joint_(s) is limited.When t_(0) changes,the effect of inner diaphragm is marginal.Based on the above mentioned parameters,it can be concluded that for the joint_(s) without stiffeners,the internal diaphragm and the thickness of steel tube can be used to improve the mechanical performance of the joint.For the joint_(s) with stiffeners,the width of stiffeners is increased to improve the comprehensive performance of the joint area.The research conclusion can provide reference for similar engineering application.
