摘要 小管径、埋深大的新建污水管由于淤泥地质差而导致支护明挖施工存在安全隐患,通过采用新型定向钻工艺克服淤泥涌入、场地受限等问题,完成长距离污水管的精准敷设。利用导浆拉管和顶拉管工艺优势,结合工程特点分别应用于主管和接户管(井)设计。从标高控制、软基处理、洞口止水、管材选择、工艺流程、验收标准方面介绍设计要点,完工管道标高控制、连接密封良好,适宜不良地质小口径排水管的非开挖施工。 The new sewage pipes with small diameter and large burial depth will result in the hidden safety danger in the supporting excavation construction because of poor silt geology.The use of new directional drilling technology can overcome the problems of silt influx and limited field so as to complete the accurate laying of long-distance sewage pipes.Combined with the engineering characteristics,the technological superiorities of slurry guiding pipe jacking and drawing are applied in the design of the main pipe and inlet pipe(well)respectively.The key points of design are introduced from the aspects of elevation control,soft foundation treatment,hole sealing up,pipe selection,technological process and acceptance standards.The elevation control and connection sealing of the finished pipes are good,which is suitable for the trenchless construction of small-diameter drainage pipes in poor geological conditions.
