摘要
黑龙江某铜铅锌硫多金属硫化物矿石,原矿含铜0.17%,含铅0.24%,含锌2.14%,含硫6.69%。经研究,采用抑制锌、硫浮铜、铅-铜铅混合精矿进行分离-铜铅混合精矿的尾矿优先浮选锌-锌尾矿再选硫方案。经过闭路试验,铜铅混选经过一次粗选、一次精选,得到铜铅混合精矿,进行铜、铅分离,铜铅分离进行一次粗选,一次扫选,铜进行一次精选,最终得到铜精矿含铜19.161%,铜回收率为47.73%,铅精矿含铅43.26%,铅回收率为83.91%;铜、铅尾矿分别进行优先选锌和硫,锌经过一次粗选,三次精选,一次扫选,锌精矿品位达到48.26%,锌回收率达到77.92%,硫经过一次粗选,硫品位达到38.47%,硫回收率达到36.06%。实现了铜铅锌硫多金属有效的分离,并得到了较为理想的指标。
The raw ore of a Cu-Pb-Zn polymetallic sulfide ore from Heilongjiang Province contains 0.17%of Cu,0.24%of Pb,2.14%of Zn and 6.69%of S.Depressing Zn,using S to float Cu,and seperating Pb from Cu-Pb mixed concentrates were carried out.Zn is floated by the tailings of Cu-Pb mixed concentrates in the selective flotation.S is floated by the tailings of Zn.Cu-Pb mixed concentrates are obtained through the primary rough concentration and the primary cleaning in the Cu-Pb bulk flotation in the closed circuit experiment.19.161%of Cu in Cu concentrates and 47.73%of Cu recovery are obtained,and 43.26%of Pb in Pb concentrates and 83.91%of Pb recovery are finally obtained in Cu-Pb seperation method through the primary rough concentration,the primary scanvenging flotation and the primary cleaning for Cu only.48.26%of Zn concentrates grade and 77.92%of Zn recovery are obtained in the selective flotation of Zn and S respectively by using the tailings of Cu-Pb through the primary rough concentration,the tertiary cleaning and the primary scanvenging flotation for Zn only;38.47%of S grade and 36.06%of S recovery are obtained by using primary rough concentration for S only.The effective seperation of Cu-Pb-Zn-S polymetallic is realized and the ideal index is obtained.
