摘要
内蒙古获各琦铜矿石选矿厂采用丁基黄药作铜捕收剂,2号油作起泡剂,通过"一次粗选,两次扫选,三次精选"工艺流程,最终可以获得精矿品位为20.00%,铜回收率为94.00%的铜精矿。针对深部开采铜原矿品位逐年下降引起的铜金属产量下降,对矿石进行了详细的工艺矿物学研究,查明了铜矿物嵌布特征,在此基础上,试验采取了3种方法:(1)开发了新型高效铜捕收剂XK419,XK419与戊基黄药组合强化回收尾矿中损失的铜矿物,尤其是对部分铜矿物连生体的回收,提升铜精矿回收率至95.00%以上;(2)采用铜粗精矿再磨工艺,提升铜精矿品位至24.00%以上;(3)采用木质素有效抑制再磨后解离的磁黄铁矿,采用"一次粗选、三次精选、两次扫选、粗精矿再磨"工艺流程,在原矿含铜1.04%、含银4.59 g/t的条件下,可以获得含铜24.25%、含银69.70 g/t,铜回收率95.24%、银回收率为62.00%的铜精矿。新工艺铜精矿铜品位较原工艺提高了4.25个百分点,铜精矿铜回收率较原工艺提高了1.24个百分点。
Through the process of"one roughing,two scavenging and three cleaning",the copper concentrate with concentrate grade of 20.00%and copper recovery of 94.00%can be obtained in the concentrator of Huogeqi Copper Mine of Inner Mongolia,with butyl xanthate as copper collector and No.2 oil as foaming agent.Aimed at the problem that the output of copper metal is decreasing caused by the the grade of raw copper ore decreasing year by year,a detailed process mineralogy study was carried out on the ore,and the distribution characteristics of copper ore were found out.On the basis of process mineralogy,three measures were adopted in the test.Firstly,a new high-efficiency copper collector XK419 was developed.The combination of XK419 and amyl xanthate enhanced the recovery of copper minerals in tailings,especially the recovery of some copper mineral conjoints,and improved the recovery rate of copper concentrate to more than 95.00%.Secondly,the regrinding process of crude copper concentrate was adopted to improve the grade of copper concentrate to more than 24.00%.Thirdly,lignin was used to effectively inhibit the dissociation of pyrrhotite after regrinding.The process of"one roughing,three cleaning,two scavenging,and roughing concentrate regrinding"was adopted.A copper concentrate with copper content of 24.25%,silver content of 6.25%,copper recovery rate of 95.24%,and silver recovery rate of 62.00%can be obtained based on the condition of raw ore containing 1.04%copper and 4.59 g/t silver.Compared with the original process,the copper grade of copper concentrate in the new process can be increased by 4.25 percentage points and the copper recovery of copper concentrate can be increased by 1.24 percentage points.
