摘要
通过自噬泡吞噬损伤的线粒体,并经溶酶体降解、线粒体新生等过程,神经细胞在脑缺血后实现了降低损伤、功能恢复及营养物质的再利用,因此线粒体自噬是损伤应答的一种细胞自我保护机制。本文就线粒体自噬发生的信号通路、线粒体自噬对脑缺血的保护机制及基于此机制的已有报道的中草药的应用进行综述,期望为脑缺血的治疗提供新的思路。
By phagocytizing damaged mitochondria with autophagic vesicles,lysosomal degradation and mitochondrial regeneration,the injury of neural cells can be reduced,the recover function can be activated,and the nutrients can be reused after cerebral ischemia.Therefore,mitophagy is a cellular self-protection mechanism in response to injury.In this paper,the signal pathway and the protective mechanism of mitochondrial autophagy after cerebral ischemia were reviewed,and the application of Chinese herbal medicine based on this mechanism was included as well,hoping to provide new insights for the treatment of cerebral ischemia.
