摘要
该研究开展了医院用呼吸机工作状态和运行参数的远程实时在线监测和移动巡查方法研究,采用基于NB-IoT DTU数据采集通信模块,通过呼吸机外部数字接口采集潮气量、气道压力等实时工作状态参数,通过4G/LTE公共移动通信网实现数据的远程实时透明传输,并基于Android系统设计呼吸机在线监测和移动巡查终端。该方案可实现基于Drager MEDIBUS协议的医院用呼吸机数据实时采集与透明传输,并可在移动终端实现在线监测和移动巡查,通过一种低成本方案快速解决呼吸机远程在线监测和移动巡查。
The study about the methods of the remote real-time online monitoring and mobile inspection of the operating status and parameters of hospital ventilators were carried out.Using NB-IoT DTU data acquisition communication module,real-time working state parameters such as tidal volume and airway pressure were collected through the external digital interface of the ventilator,the remote real-time transparent transmission of data was realized through the 4G/LTE public mobile communication network,and the ventilator online monitoring and mobile inspection terminal was designed based on Android system.Real-time data acquisition and data transparent transmission of hospital ventilators based on Drager MEDIBUS protocol were realized,and online monitoring and mobile inspection can be achieved in mobile terminals,enabling a low-cost fast solution for remote online monitoring and mobile inspection of ventilators.
