摘要
湖南涔天河水库扩建工程在电站引水隧洞压力钢管安装中应用压力钢管组焊专机新技术,结合现场场地实际条件,合理布置组焊专机与管节组装位置,管节自动运输至洞内安装等一系列新技术。通过这项新技术的应用,解决了在狭窄施工场地进行大型压力钢管制安难题,优化了施工组织,缩短了施工工期,节约了成本。
The new all-in-one welding machine technology is applied in diversion tunnel penstock installation of Centianhe Reservoir expansion project of Hunan Province.Combining with the field conditions,the paper rationally allocate the location between the all-in-one welding machine and socket assembly,thus the socket is automatically transported into the tunnel for installation.Through applying the above mentioned technology,it solves the large-scale penstock installation difficulties in narrow construction site,optimizes the construction organization,shortens the construction duration and saves the construction cost.
