摘要
WSA制酸工艺中高压蒸汽管线起到平衡热量、调节生产的重要作用,其设计与施工质量直接影响到生产过程的安全与稳定。讨论了蒸汽管线中的3个关键调节阀的设计和施工,并介绍了现场经验和要点,有一定的参考借鉴意义。
The high pressure steam line in the WSA acid-making process plays an important role in balancing heat and regulating the reaction temperature of process gas,and the quality of its design and construction directly affects the stability and safety of the process operation.In this paper,introduction is made to the design and construction for three key control valves in the steam line,including field experience and key notices,which can be used as a reference in this industry.
