摘要
目的:探究结核策略对大学生肺结核发现方式及筛查防治工作的影响。方法:以2018-2019年登记在册的结核病大学生为研究对象,于2019年开展结核策略,进行症状及流行病调查,以在校本科生、研究生及应届毕业生为主,分析结核病确诊方式,评估结核策略开展前后学生结核病防控知识问卷评估结果。结果:结核策略开展前,新生入学体检确诊45例,因症状就诊确诊42例,因毕业体检确诊25例。经结核策略开展后,共确诊患者135例,新生入学体检确诊78例,因症状就诊确诊8例,因毕业体检确诊49例,体检确诊率升高。结核策略开展后,大学生的结核病基础知识、传播途径、易感人群、预防控制等知识掌握评分显著高于开展前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:于大学生开展结核策略,可显著提高大学生体检依从性及结核病防控知识掌握情况,符合疫情防控工作开展需求。
Objective:To explore the impact of tuberculosis strategy on the detection methods,screening and prevention of pulmonary tuberculosis among college students.Methods:From 2018 to 2019,TB students registered in this unit were analyzed,in 2019,we launched the tuberculosis strategy and carried out symptom and epidemic investigation,taking undergraduates,postgraduates and graduating students as the observation indicators,we analyzed the diagnostic methods of tuberculosis,and evaluated the results of questionnaire on TB prevention and control knowledge before and after TB strategy.Results:Before the implementation of tuberculosis strategy,45 freshmen were diagnosed by physical examination,45 by symptoms and 25 by graduation physical examination.After the development of tuberculosis strategy,135 patients were diagnosed.78 freshmen were diagnosed by physical examination,8 by symptoms and 49 by graduation physical examination,the diagnostic rate of physical examination increased.After the tuberculosis strategy was launched,the knowledge score of tuberculosis knowledge,transmission route,susceptible population,prevention and control were significantly higher than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carrying out TB strategy for college students can significantly improve the compliance of College Students'physical examination and improve their knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and control,which is in line with the needs of epidemic prevention and control.
