摘要 针对国内无Ti55531钛合金材料超音速喷涂WC-10Co4Cr工艺的现状,参照TC18钛合金超音速喷涂WC-10Co4Cr工艺,设计了2种喷涂工艺,进行了多组别工艺试验,确定的工艺流程、喷涂参数、工艺控制项目等满足了涂层需求。结果表明:前处理采用吹砂或酸洗和钝化均能保证涂层结合强度大于70 MPa及其他性能合格,为产品的加工提供了依据。 In view of the current situation of no HVOF WC-10Co4Cr process for Ti55531 titanium alloy materials in China,two spray processes were designed by referring to TC18 titanium alloy HVOF WC-10Co4Cr process,and multi-group process tests were carried out.The process flow,spraying parameters and process control items determined were tested to meet the coating requirements.The results showed that the bonding strength of the coating was more than 70 MPa and other properties of the coating could be guaranteed by grit blasting or acid etch cleaning and passivation before processing,which provided reference for the processing of the model products.
