摘要 随着水体突发污染事件的频发,水质在线生物监测预警系统的发展与使用越来越受到人们的关注。综述了国内外采用不同水生生物作为生物传感器进行水质在线监测预警的研究历史及其发展现状,分析了以鱼类、发光细菌、藻类、贝类、蚤类、电化学活性微生物以及多种生物联合等作为探测生物进行水质预警的优势及不足,通过对比得出了与其他受试生物相比以贝类为受试生物的优势,并对其未来的研究及发展历程进行了展望。 With the frequent occurrence of water pollution accidents,the development and application of on-line biological monitoring and warning systems for water quality have attracted more and more attention.In this paper,the research history and development status of on-line monitoring and early warning of water quality using different aquatic organisms as biosensors at home and abroad are reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages of using fish,bioluminescent bacteria,algae,shellfish,fleas,electrochemically active microorganisms and many kinds of organisms as early warning organisms for water quality are analyzed.Compared with other test organisms,the advantage of using shellfish as test organism is obtained,and its future research and development are prospected.
