摘要
钛锌板建筑屋面是一种新型绿色建材,属于天然自保性材料。钛锌为金属合金,通过金属表面与空气接触形成铜绿,可防止锌进一步被腐蚀,对屋面材料起到保护作用,延长金属使用寿命。以江苏园博园威斯汀酒店项目为工程背景,分析钛锌板屋面系统施工难点并采取相应对策,详细介绍施工操作要点,包括测量放线、檩条安装、压型钢板加工及安装、保温隔热材料安装、找平钢板安装、自粘防水卷材铺设、屋面排版放线、降噪丝网安装、钛锌面板及扣件安装等。
The titanium-zinc sheet building roof is a new green building material, which belongs to natural self-protection material. Titanium-zinc is a metal alloy. It forms verdigris through the contact between the metal surface and air, which can prevent the further corrosion of zinc, protect the roof materials and prolong the service life of the metal. Taking Jiangsu Expo Park project as the engineering background, the construction difficulties of titanium zinc plate roof system are analyzed and corresponding countermeasures are taken, and the key points of construction operation are introduced in detail, including measurement and setting out, purlin installation, profiled steel plate processing and installation, thermal insulation material installation, leveling steel plate installation, self-adhesive waterproof roll laying, roof layout and setting out, noise reduction screen installation titanium zinc panel and fastener installation, etc.
