摘要
对于一些高层建筑的非标准层,如果单一使用木模,则会造成木模浪费;若全部使用铝模,则需重新进行铝模深化,不仅耗时,而且非标准层铝模周转率也较低,大大增加了施工成本。但如果在非标准层结构尺寸与铝模不匹配的地方使用木模,其他部分使用铝模,就能很好地解决非标准层模板拼接的难题。以保利·天宸湾项目为工程背景,详细阐述铝木结合模板施工技术在高层建筑中的应用。应用实践表明,通过对铝模和木模结合体系的优化,不仅节约了成本,也加快了施工进度。
For the non-standard floors of some tall buildings, if the wood formworks are used alone, it will cause a waste of wood formworks.If the aluminum formworks are used, it is necessary to deepen the aluminum formwork again, which is not only time-consuming, but also the turnover rate of aluminum formwork in non-standard layer is low, which will greatly increase the construction cost. However, if the wood formwork is used where the structural size of the non-standard layer does not match the aluminum formwork, and the aluminum formwork is used for other parts, the problem of formwork splicing of the non-standard layer can be well solved. Taking Poly Tianchenwan project as the engineering background, the application of aluminum-wood combined formwork construction technology in tall buildings is expounded in detail. The application practice shows that through the optimization of the combination system of aluminum formwork and wood formwork, not only the cost is saved, but also the construction progress is improved.
