摘要
《共产党宣言》在全球化的初级阶段就给出了一个关于全球化发展的“世界性”的理论与逻辑。资本主义的诞生提供了真正的全球性共同生存生活的全球化机制。全球化与资本主义、工业社会的发展之间具有复杂的互动、共生关系。资产阶级与无产阶级的两级分化趋势及其背后的资本-劳动-市场力量构成了全球化的一般性逻辑。在世界市场中,各个民族、国家也开始进入一体化进程。全球化发展的表现则是在物质生产和精神生产两个方面都表现为世界性生产的一体化发展,表现为民族、国家间相互依赖的共同的生存、生活。马克思、恩格斯在《共产党宣言》中关于世界性理论中涉及的技术、经济一体化,利益关系与民族国家等问题依然是今天我们探讨全球化的核心问题。运输、通信技术,尤其是建立在更广泛的生产力发展基础上的经济体系的发展是划分全球化发展阶段的根据。全球化中的各种矛盾与冲突本质上是利益格局的冲突,它表现为全球化中三种利益不均衡。民族主义、民粹主义是这种不均衡的结果,是资本与劳动对立的全球性扩张的症状。
The Communist Manifesto gives a“worldwide”theory and logic about the development of globalization at its initial stage.The birth of capitalism provides a true global co-existence living mechanism of globalization.There are complex interaction and symbiosis between globalization and the development of capitalism or industrial society.The trend of polarization between the bourgeoisie and the proletariat,and the capital-labor-market forces behind it,constitute the general logic of globalization.In the world market,each nation begins to enter the integration process.The manifestation of globalization development is the integration of world production in both material and spiritual production,and the interdependent common existence and life among nations and countries.The technology,economic integration,interest relations and nation-states that Marx and Engels involved in their world theory in the“Manifesto”are still the core issues in today’s discussion of globalization.The development of transport,communications technologies and,in particular,of economic systems based on the development of wider productive forces are the basis for dividing the development stages of globalization.All kinds of contradictions and conflicts in globalization are essentially the conflicts of interest pattern,which manifests as three kinds of interest imbalance in globalization.Nationalism and populism are the result of this imbalance and the symptom of the global expansion of the antagonism between capital and labor.
