摘要
实验将玻碳电极用碱法恒电位法活化后置于氯铂酸溶液中在-0.2V条件下恒电位沉积得到纳米铂(PtNPs)修饰的活化玻碳电极,以此研究芦丁在该电极上的电化学行为。实验发现PtNPs修饰的活化玻碳电极对芦丁具有更强的电化学响应。当芦丁浓度在0.1~15μmol/L时芦丁与电极的DPV峰电流呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为I_(μA)=-(0.4160±0.0163)c_(μmol/L)-(2.8673±0.1319)(R^(2)=0.9909),检测限为0.06μmol/L(S/N=3)。该方法制备的电极简单,灵敏,并将其用于对珍菊降压片中芦丁含量的测定。
Glassy carbon electrodes were activated by potentiostatic alkaline method,then Pt nanoparticles(PtNPs)were deposited on the electrode under the condition of-0.2 V to construct PtNPs modified electrode,which was used to study the electrochemical behavior of rutin.Experiment results showed that PtNPs modified electrode had stronger response signal for the determination of rutin.When the concentration of rutin in the 0.1~15μmol/L,it had a good linear relationship with DPV peak current,linear equation is obtained for the I_(μA)=-(0.4160±0.0163)c_(μmol/L)-(2.8673±0.1319)(R^(2)=0.9909),the detection limit was 0.06μmol/L(S/N=3).The electrodes preparation method is simple and sensitive,it can be used to detect rutin in Zhenjujiangya Tablet.
