有机矿质复合剂对干旱处理小米辣幼苗生理代谢的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Organic Mineral Compound on the Physiological Metabolism of Capsicum frutescens Seedlings Under Drought Stress

摘要 在蔬菜工厂化育苗中,为探究一种新型有机矿质复合材料对干旱处理小米辣幼苗生理代谢和抗氧化酶活性的影响,采用单因素试验将有机矿质复合剂设置成5个不同浓度梯度进行育苗盘育苗。结果表明,有机矿质复合剂15 g/L可显著提高小米辣叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量及根系活力,明显抑制叶片及根系中丙二醛含量的上升,较CK分别降低了11.45%和21.46%;协同增加了可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量及SOD活性。在小米辣育苗基质中添加15 g/L有机矿质复合剂对促进小米辣光合作用、提高抗旱能力有积极作用,研究结果可为小米辣工厂化育苗应用、培育优质秧苗提供参考。 For growing vegetable seedlings industrially, the single factor experiment was used by setting the organic mineral composite into five different concentration gradients for the cultivation of seedlings in the tray,to explore the effects of a new type of organic mineral compound agent on physiological metabolism and antioxidant enzyme activities of chili pepper seedlings under drought treatment. The results showed that under the treatment of 15 g/L organic mineral compound agent, the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoid and root activity were significantly increased, and the contents of MDA in leaves and roots were obviously decreased by11.45% and 21.46% compared with those of CK. At the same time, the organic mineral compound agent also increased the content of soluble sugar, soluble protein and SOD activity. Adding 15 g/L organic mineral compound agent to the substrate of chili pepper seedling could have a positive effect on its photosynthesis and drought resistance ability. The research results can provide certain references for growing chili pepper seedlings industrially and culturing high-quality seedlings.
