摘要
为缓解或消除钢丝绳乱绳、导绳轮偏磨等问题,设计了一种可随钢丝绳在一定角度内自由摆动的自适应天车导绳轮。介绍了这一自适应天车导绳轮的结构和工作原理,对关键部件进行了强度分析。应用这一自适应天车导绳轮,可以实时保证钢丝绳处于导绳轮槽切线位置,消除偏磨,并且在很大程度上缓解钢丝绳在绞车滚筒上的乱绳问题。
In order to alleviate or eliminate the problems of wire rope disorder and eccentric wear of the guide pulley,a self-adapting crane guide pulley that can freely swing with the wire rope within a certain angle was designed.The working principle of the self-adapting crane guide pulley was introduced,and the key structure was analyzed.The application of this self-adapting crane guide pulley can ensure that the wire rope was at the tangent position of the guide pulley groove in real time and the eccentric wear is eliminated,and to a large extent the problem of wire rope disorder on the winch drum will be alleviated.
