摘要
为筛选出适宜本地应用的平菇(Pleurotus ostreatus)优良菌株,对29个不同来源的平菇菌株进行了比较试验。结果表明,通过酯酶同工酶分析可以把29个供试菌株分为4组,并且多态性较高,种质资源较为丰富。经过菌丝生长速度、子实体生物学效率、子实体形态特征的分析比较,29个供试菌株中菌株2106、新科108、650综合性状较好,可作为当地生产栽培的备选菌株。
In order to screen the suitable strains of Pleurotus ostreatus for local cultivation,29 strains of P.ostreatus from different sources were compared.The results showed that 29 strains could be divided into 4 groups by esterase isozyme analysis.By comparing the mycelial growth rate,fruit body biological efficiency and fruit body morphological characteristics of 29 strains,strain 2106,Xinke108 and 650 have better comprehensive characters,which can be used as alternative strains of cultivation.
