摘要
目的探讨基于网络平台互动反馈的BOPPPS教学模式在麻醉科住院医师规范化培训临床病例讨论教学中的应用效果。方法采用试验对照方法,选取2020年5月至2020年12月期间该院麻醉科的住院医师56人为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各28人。观察组采用网络BOPPPS教学模式;对照组采用传统讲授模式。课程结束后,对两组住院医师进行理论考核和临床能力测试及问卷调查,对比研究两种教学模式的教学效果。结果观察组住院医师理论考核成绩,包括总成绩、基础知识和病例分析部分的成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05)。临床能力测试结果显示,除麻醉操作以外,观察组住院医师其他七项成绩均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,网络BOPPPS教学模式有助于增加学习的兴趣、增强对知识的理解、提高临床思维能力等,获得了观察组住院医师的认可。结论在麻醉科住院医师临床病例讨论教学中,采用网络BOPPPS教学模式取得了良好的教学效果,值得进一步推广和研究。
Objective To explore the effect of a new teaching mode of BOPPPS based on the network platform in clinical case discussion teaching for anesthesiology residents.Methods From May 2020 to December 2020,a total of 56 residents who were trained in the Department of Anesthesiology were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 28 residents in each group.The experimental group adopted the BOPPPS teaching mode which was based on the network platform,and the control group adopted traditional teaching mode.At the end of the course,the theoretical knowledge and clinical ability as well as a questionnaire were tested in both groups in order to compare the teaching effect.Results The results of theoretical examination,including total score,basic knowledge score and case analysis score of the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results of clinical ability test showed that,except for the operation skills,the other seven parts of the clinical ability test in experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire survey showed the BOPPPS teaching mode based on the network platform could increase the interest in learning,enhance the understanding of the knowledge,and improve the ability of clinical logical thinking,etc.,indicating that the new teaching mode was approved by most students.Conclusion The teaching mode of BOPPPS based on the network platform can effectively improve the learning efficiency and is worthy of further promotion.
